So another aspect of Paleo nutrition is the fitness!
Today was our first Crossfit workout together. I had always been self-motivated during my workouts, but today my honey provided me extra strength. Ken's fast! He really motivated me to keep going because he plain doesn't stop.

5 minutes - 10 kettlebell swings 53/35

5 minutes - 5 power cleans 135/65
