Today my honey and I did snatches!
Worked on our form a ton. I get it a little better, and Ken looks really good (but of course he's way too hard on himself). One day I will be those monster girls and snatch 130!

Working Out
So another aspect of Paleo nutrition is the fitness!
Today was our first Crossfit workout together. I had always been self-motivated during my workouts, but today my honey provided me extra strength. Ken's fast! He really motivated me to keep going because he plain doesn't stop.

1 minute rest
5 minutes - 10 kettlebell swings 53/35
1 minute rest
5 minutes - 5 power cleans 135/65
9+10, 7+8, 6+1
