We ate on two separate days, once immediately at the end of paleo and once the following Friday. It was nice to just eat fun food and spend time reflecting on our accomplishments. We were able to knock out 3 out of 11 of my list! Of course, since the challenge is over, it's time to get back on track. Healthy food, here we return!
