Today my honey and I did snatches!
Worked on our form a ton. I get it a little better, and Ken looks really good (but of course he's way too hard on himself). One day I will be those monster girls and snatch 130!

Working Out
So another aspect of Paleo nutrition is the fitness!
Today was our first Crossfit workout together. I had always been self-motivated during my workouts, but today my honey provided me extra strength. Ken's fast! He really motivated me to keep going because he plain doesn't stop.

5 minutes - 10 wall balls 20/14
1 minute rest
5 minutes - 10 kettlebell swings 53/35
1 minute rest
5 minutes - 5 power cleans 135/65
9+10, 7+8, 6+1

Things We ATE
Well, paleo's over, so we celebrated the spoils! Here's what we ate:
4. (Here is the adorable boyfriend!) Super nachos with extra sour cream and cheese + rolled tacos
5. Taro boba
1. Fuji's sushi buffet
2. Fro yo (peanut butter, cheesecake, oreo)
3. Horchata!

We ate on two separate days, once immediately at the end of paleo and once the following Friday. It was nice to just eat fun food and spend time reflecting on our accomplishments. We were able to knock out 3 out of 11 of my list! Of course, since the challenge is over, it's time to get back on track. Healthy food, here we return!

Things I Want to Eat
When Paleo ends, (three days!) I swear I will eat everything.
1. grasshopper shake (mint choco chip) from Flip's burger
2. cheesy rice and broccoli
3. pancit (saucy filipino noodles with pork rinds!)
4. anything from Tandoori Nites
5. really crappy Totino's microwave pizza
6. all you can eat Fuji's Sushi Buffet
7. corn and cheese ice cream!
8. avocado Squeeze burger from the Squeeze Inn!
9. avocado boba shake
10. horchata!
11. filipino spaghetti with hot dogs
